AI towing dispatch software

The AI dispatcher for towing.

Dolle is an AI dispatch system built for towing. It reads every call, text and photo. You take the call. Dolle writes the ticket, picks the closest capable truck, quotes from your rate card and drafts the invoice. Your team approves every step.

  • Built for tow companies
  • Runs in a browser on phones and computers
  • GST and kilometres built in

What is towing dispatch software?

Towing dispatch software helps a tow company take calls, create tickets, assign the right truck, track every job and send the invoice. Dolle adds AI to each step: it reads the call and drafts the ticket, ranks drivers by minutes away and truck type, quotes from your rate card, and writes the invoice from what the driver did. A person approves everything.

Artificial intelligence

An AI that understands towing.

Dolle uses large language models trained on general knowledge and instructed with your rate card, trucks and contracts. It reads, reasons and drafts in seconds. Your team stays in charge.

  • Reads anything

Phone transcripts, texts, emails, police requests and photos of a plate.

  • Reasons about the job

Works out vehicle, service, places and what is still missing.

  • Plans the dispatch

Ranks drivers by minutes away and truck type, and watches club offer timers.

  • Writes the paperwork

Drafts tickets, quotes, texts and invoices from what happened.

The problem

Towing runs on phone calls, not forms.

Most dispatch software was built to store calls, not to take them. So your dispatcher types, your drivers call in, and your invoices wait.

  • The 40-field call form

Typing while the caller waits. Account, vehicle, places, reason, price: about 26 clicks per call in the usual tools.

  • Dispatch from memory

Picking a driver from a dropdown and guessing who's closest, while the next call rings.

  • Club jobs on a timer

A motor club offer expires while you're on another call, and you find out after the money's gone.

  • Invoices from scraps

Mileage, winch time and extras rebuilt from notes and memory at the end of the day. Some never get billed.

How it works

From the first ring to a paid invoice.

  1. 1

    Paste, dictate or snap it

A call you're on, a text, an email, a police request or a photo of the plate.

    Waiting
  2. 2

    Dolle drafts the ticket

Caller, places, vehicle, service, what's still missing, and a quote from your rate card.

    Dispatched
  3. 3

    Closest capable truck

Drivers ranked by estimated minutes away and truck type. Assign in one tap, or let auto-assign do it.

    En route
  4. 4

    Job to invoice

The driver taps each step and takes the photos. Dolle drafts the invoice from what happened. You approve.

    Completed

The AI part

AI that drafts. People who decide.

Dolle does the typing, the looking-up and the adding-up. You keep the judgement calls.

  • Works from your numbers

Your rate card, your contracts, your trucks. Prices on quotes and invoices always come from your rate card, never from the AI.

  • Shows its work

Every agent action goes in the audit log with the reason, next to what people did. Nothing happens in the dark.

  • A person decides

Dolle drafts tickets, invoices, letters and texts. Your team checks them and presses the button. You set the AI spending cap.

Questions

Towing dispatch software, answered.

What is Dolle?

Dolle is AI towing dispatch software. You take the call; Dolle writes the ticket, suggests the closest capable truck, quotes from your rate card and drafts the invoice. A person on your team reviews and approves every step.

How is Dolle different from Towbook or other towing dispatch software?

Most tow dispatch tools store calls in long forms that a dispatcher has to type. Dolle starts from the call itself (pasted, dictated, texted or photographed) and drafts the ticket, so the dispatcher checks instead of types. It also watches motor club offers and drafts the invoice from what the driver did.

Does the AI set my prices?

No. Prices on quotes and invoices always come from your own rate card. The AI drafts and explains; it never invents a price. Every agent action is recorded in an audit log with the reason.

Who is Dolle for?

Owners and dispatchers of independent tow companies, and the drivers who work for them. It is built first for towing companies in Edmonton and across Alberta, with GST and kilometres built in.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Dolle runs in a modern browser on phones and computers, and drivers update each job step and take photos from their phone.

How much does Dolle cost?

Pricing is sized by fleet and is being set with our first customers. Book a demo and we will send a quote for your trucks and call volume.

Where is my data stored?

App data is stored in the United States on Amazon Web Services (us-east-1). Customer texts handle STOP and HELP and are sent from a number for your company.
