This notice covers the Dolle website (dolle.io). The Dolle app has its own, fuller privacy policy: read the app privacy policy.

What the website collects

• What you type in the contact form: your name, company, email, and anything else you choose to give us (phone, fleet size, city, message).
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested.

The website has no analytics, no advertising and sets no cookies.

Why we use it

We use contact form details only to answer your request: to book a demo, talk about a pilot or answer your question. We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email. If we ever want to, we'll ask first.

Where it goes

• Hosting: Vercel runs the website.
• Email: the form is sent to our inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. Both are based in the United States, so your details may be processed there and be accessible to authorities under US law.

How long we keep it

We keep form emails for Owner to confirmup to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to our privacy contact: Owner to confirmprivacy contact to be named. We handle personal information under Canada's PIPEDA and, for Alberta organisations, Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Changes

We'll update this page if what we collect changes, and change the date at the top. See also our website terms.
