About
Tow dispatch is still typed by hand. We're fixing that.
Dolle is dispatch software for towing companies, built around the call instead of the form.
Why Dolle
The work is hard enough.
Tow operators work nights, weekends and storms. Dispatchers answer the phone while typing a 40-field form. Drivers call in every step. Owners rebuild invoices from notes at the end of the day.
We took apart how tow dispatch software works today, click by click. Most of it stores calls well. Very little of it helps take them.
Dolle starts where the work starts: a voice, a text or a photo. It does the typing, the looking-up and the adding-up, so your people can focus on the customer and the road.
Where we start
Edmonton and Alberta first.
We're starting with towing companies in Edmonton and across Alberta, then the rest of Canada and the United States.
Team names, photos and where we're based go here once the owner confirms them.
How we work
Four rules we build by
- 01
Start from the phone call
Towing starts with someone stuck at the side of the road. Software should keep up with the call, not slow it down with a form.
- 02
AI drafts, people decide
Dolle writes tickets, invoices, letters and texts. A person checks and approves. Prices come from your rate card, not from a model.
- 03
Show the work
Every agent action is logged with its reason. If Dolle did something, you can see what and why.
- 04
Say what's real
We tell you what works today and what's coming. No made-up numbers, no fake logos.
