Features
What Dolle does today.
Every feature on this page works in the product now. What's still being built is listed at the bottom, marked coming soon.
01
Talk-to-Dispatch
Paste, dictate or photograph a request. Get a ticket, a truck and a quote.
You stay on the phone with the customer. Paste the text, email or police request, dictate as you talk, or snap the plate. Dolle fills in the caller, places, vehicle and service, and tells you what it still needs to ask.
- Reads typed or pasted calls, texts, emails and police requests
- Voice dictation while you talk, in browsers that support it (not Firefox)
- Reads a VIN, plate or police form from a photo
- Ranks the trucks and quotes from your rate card; one tap creates and dispatches the call

02
Auto-assign and live map
The closest capable truck, picked for you or by you.
Every on-shift truck and live call on one map. Dolle ranks drivers by estimated travel time and truck type, and can assign new calls by itself when you switch auto-assign on. You can always pick the driver yourself.
- Ranks drivers by estimated minutes away and what their truck can tow
- Auto-assign on or off, your call
- Late-ETA warning before the promise is missed, with one-click reassign and a drafted customer text
- Drivers' positions come from their phones while they have My jobs open

03
Motor club jobs
Paste a club job. Get accept or decline, with the reason.
Write your rules in plain English, like you'd tell a new dispatcher. Paste a club job and Dolle checks it against your policy, your closest truck, the ETA and the margin, then recommends accept or decline. You accept it on the club's site, and it lands on your board like any other call.
- Plain-English policy you write and change any time
- Recommendation with the rule it applied and the margin
- Accepted jobs become calls without retyping
- Club billing stages and claim checks for the jobs you enter
04
Driver phone app
One big button for the next step.
Drivers sign in on their phone's browser and land on My jobs: the job they're on and what's next. One tap per step keeps dispatch and the customer up to date.
- Current job with pickup, destination, vehicle and tap-to-call
- Directions open in the phone's maps app
- Photos at each step and the customer's signature on the glass
- Fuel receipts by photo
05
Customer texts
AI drafts the update. A person presses Send.
Text customers from a dedicated number for your company. Dolle drafts the message; your dispatcher checks it and sends it. Replies land on the call.
- Draft, edit and send in one click; nothing goes out by itself
- Delivered or failed, shown on each text
- Replies kept on the call; STOP and HELP handled
- Daily limit and monthly cost shown. Canadian numbers today
06
Invoices and payments
The invoice writes itself from what happened.
When a job is done, Dolle drafts the invoice from the distances, times, notes and the account's contract. Prices always come from your rate card, never from the AI. You check it and approve it.
- Drafted from GPS distances, on-scene time and notes
- GST worked out; same amount due on every screen
- Record cash, card, cheque, e-transfer, club payments and short-pays
- Print or save as PDF; CSV for your bookkeeper

07
Impound lot
Days held, storage owed and the next notice, per vehicle.
Every vehicle in your yard with days held and storage owed so far. Dolle reminds you when a notice is due on a fixed schedule and drafts the letter for you to review.
- Days held, daily rate and storage owed; lot total
- Notice reminders and drafted letters, kept on the vehicle
- Police-hold vehicles can't be released, on screen or on the server
- Every release recorded
08
Rates in plain English
Change prices with a sentence or a photo of your price sheet.
No 220-cell grid. Say "raise the hook fee to $125 and winching to $95 an hour", or photograph your current price sheet. Dolle proposes the new card and shows exactly what changes before you apply it.
- Describe changes in a sentence or attach a photo
- Preview every change before it takes effect
- Account contract terms next to the prices
09
Morning brief and Ask Dolle
Ask your dispatch board a question. It answers and acts.
A short AI brief each morning: what happened, what's at risk, what to do. Ask Dolle sits on every page: ask what's running late or how much you invoiced this week, or tell it to create a call and assign a driver.
- Morning brief with numbers and suggested actions
- Answers from live data, with the steps it took shown
- Creates calls, assigns drivers, adds notes and drafts texts; never sends on its own

10
Trucks, drivers and expenses
Your fleet, its papers and its costs.
Keep your trucks and drivers in one list. Take a truck out of service and dispatch stops offering it. Get a warning before a licence, insurance or registration runs out. Book fuel, tolls and repairs to a truck or a job.
- Warnings 30 days before papers expire
- Out-of-service trucks drop out of dispatch
- Monthly costs by category and truck, with GST and CSV
11
Audit log, roles and privacy
Every agent decision, with its reason.
Every action the AI takes is logged with the reason, next to what people did. Owners, dispatchers and drivers each see and do only what their role allows, and each company's data is walled off by the database itself.
- Audit log that can't be edited or deleted
- Owner, dispatcher and driver roles
- AI spending cap per company
